The American Chemical Society (ACS) 2005 Middle Atlantic Regional Meeting (MARM) will be held Sunday through Wednesday, May 22-25, 2005 at Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ.
The Vendor Exhibit will be held on Monday and Tuesday, May 23 -24, 2005, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p. m. For maximum exposure, the vendor exhibit will be directly adjacent to poster presentations, registration and the food and beverage services. In addition, there will be buffet dinners served during the vendor periods. We expect more than 1500 total attendees on both days.

Vendor Delivery Guidelines for Exhibit Materials
Vendors are encouraged to bring their materials directly to the Busch Campus Center exhibit area Monday May 23 beginning 7 AM to be set up by 11 AM. Should more set up time be required the exhibit area will be open for setup Sunday Afternoon.
Vendors shipping to MARM can begin delivering material to the following address beginning Monday May 16. The warehouse receives shipments from 9 AM - 3 PM. Materials received by Friday May 20 will be loaded on a truck and delivered to the Busch Campus Center Sunday starting at 7:00 AM and placed in or near you booth. There is no Saturday warehouse delivery, and no loading dock operation at the Busch Campus Center.

Your freight forwarders can pick up their materials from the Busch Campus Center Multipurpose Room beginning Wed AM at 7 AM and are expected to be gone by Noon Wednesday. The exhibit closes at 7 PM Tuesday and packing is expected to be done that evening.
