Drug-like properties are essential for the success of development candidates. Compounds with low solubility, poor permeability or rapid metabolism can lead to failure, loss of precious resources and delay of benefits to patients. Rapid screening of ADME/TOX properties can provide early information on potential liabilities, guide structural modification and lead to better drugs.
