Free bus service from select hotels to the college will be provided - details regarding the bus schedule and routes will be provided shortly.

On-Campus Lodging

All Reservations For On-Campus Housing Must Be Made By Friday, June 3, 2016 by 12:00 PM EST.

There are 98 rooms with double occupancy. Rooms will be filled on a first come-first serve basis. Only members of the same gender can share a room.

Each guest will be provided with the following:

fitted sheet
flat sheet
pillow
pillow case
blanket
towels
washcloths

No maid service is provided. Upon checkout, please return all bedding materials to the original bag for pickup.

To make reservations for on-campus housing you must:

Download and complete the registration form. The form has fields that allow you to directly add the required information.
Email the completed registration form to MARM 2016 General Co-Chair, Pamela Kerrigan at . Wait for confirmation via email.
Use the PayPal link below to pay for your lodging. Do not pay until your reservation is confirmed via email.
